Brad Hall talked about how there are many jobs in Asia and how that helps companies cut the cost up to 90%. He talked a little about how behavior and customs are different wherever you go but that generally the traits and motives are the same. He talked about being an Organizational Consultant and how he has helped different companies grow and achieve their goals. He also talked about how we can prepare now for a job in the future. The first things that he said that really helps is to serve a mission, serve in your church callings, and pay a full tithe. He also said that we need to discover our talents, find something that we are better at then 100 other people. He also said that we need to build a personal competitive advantage. One example that he gave is that we need to do now what we want to be on our resume five years from now. Some of those things include, education, leadership experience, and experience in the field (internship). I really enjoyed how he tried to apply this presentation to us and how we can prepare for our future.
