Charles Pope is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sea Gate. Some interesting facts he gave us are that 90% of their labor is outside of the United States and 85% of their revenue is outside of the United States. He told us that we should find something that we enjoy and allows us the freedome that we want. Regarding time to spend with your family and for your church calling outside of the job, he said that we should not live life with fear. He said that we should be open about the balances that we will maintain and others around us will grow to respect those standards that we have. He said that our network of people that we know should not just be within the church. He said that we need to be active in creating this network as well as gaining experience. Life will allow us to be passive and even interfere when we try to be active, but we have to put forth that effort. Some skills that he told us that are important are organizational skills, leadership skills, and analitical skills.
