Apple Cider Syrup 1 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. (heaping) corn starch 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 2 c. apple cider 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute on medium. Blend in a cube of butter. Refrigerate leftovers. From Jenafer Snyder
