Belgian Waffle Mix 1.5 pkg dry yeast 3 cups lukewarm milk 6 eggs, separated 1.5 teaspoon vanilla 3.75 cups sifted flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 1.5 tablespoon sugar 3/4 cup melted butter Sprinkle yeast over warm milk; Stir to disolve. Beat egg yolks and add yeast mixture with vanilla. Sift together flour, salt & sugar; add to liquid ingredients. Stir in melted butter and combine thoroughly. Beat the egg white until stiff; carefully fold into batter. Let mixture stand in a warm place about 45 minutes or until it doubles in bulk. Use 1.3 cup mix per waffle.
