Swedish Pancakes 6 eggs (beat slightly, very slightly, barely breaking the yolks) Add 2 cups milk 1 tsp salt 6 Tbsp sugar 6 Tbsp flour Mix together - slightly - leaving flour lumpy. Heat skillet to hot and add butter which browns quickly and add a generous amount. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into a rather large skillet heated with butter generously...It will brown quickly and turn, make it thin lifting pan and pour batter to all corners.
