Apple Cake

1.5 c sugar
1 c oil
3 eggs

2 c flour
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

3 c apples (cut in cubes) 

Mix. Pour into cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
