Applesauce Brownies

    * 1 cup oil
    * 2 cups sugar
    * 2 t vanilla
    * 4 eggs
    * 2/3 cup applesauce
    * 1/4 cup flour
    * 3 heaping T cocoa
    * 1 t salt
    * 1/2 t baking powder

Pour in well greased pan.  Bake at 325, 30-35 minutes.
** for best results top with both mint and chocolate frosting **
