Cheesecake (Lemon Fluff?) 1 can evaporated milk Chill in freezer for 1 - 1.5 hours Mix: 1 pkg lemon jello 1 cup boiling water 2-3 Tb. lemon juice Chill in refrigerator 1 - 1.5 hours. Don't let it set up. Beat together: 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (softened) 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla Add milk and whip until thick and fluffy. Drizzle in jello and keep beating.
