Corinne's Brownies

Melt together:
3 squares chocolate
3/4 cup shortening

Mix with:
4 lightly beaten eggs

Add:
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts

Bake 30 minutes (or just a bit less) at 325 degrees.


Frosting

Melt:
1 square baking chocolate
1/3 stick margerine

Add:
1/4 cup canned milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 pound powdered sugar
