Lemon Bars 1 c butter 2 c sifted flour 1/4 tsp salt 1 c powdered sugar (sifted) Mix well with electric mixer and pour into 9x13 pan. Pat up sides a little. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 4 eggs (slightly beaten) 2 c sugar 1/2 c lemon juice 1.5 tsp grated rind 3 Tbsp flour Mix and pour on top of baked crust. Bake 25 minutes longer.
