Mom's Special Cheesecake 1 can evaporated milk (chill in freezer for 1 - 1.5 hours) 1 pkg lemon jello 1 cup boiling water 2-3 Tbs lemon juice Chill in fridge 1 - 1.5 hours. Don't let it set up. 1 8oz pkg cream cheese (soften 1 - 1.5 hours) 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla Beat together. Add milk and whip until thick and fluffy. Drizzle in jello and keep beating.
