Chicken and Rice Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Srinkle 3/4 cup rice (uncooked) over bottom of pan. Lay chicken pieces on rice (6-8 chicken breasts or 1 large chicken). Pour over 2 cups water with 2 chicken boullon bubes dissolved in it. Sprinkle over that, 1 envelope onion soup and 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can of milk, mixed together. Cover and bake 1 hour at 325.
