Pepperjack Quiche 3 c. frozen hashbrowns -thawed 1/4 c. marg - melted 1 c. shredded pepper jack cheese 1 c. shredded swiss 1 c. diced ham 3 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. season salt Grease 9 inch pie pan with 2 tsp. marg. Press hashbrowns on bottom and side. Drizzle with rest of marg. Bake uncovered 425 20-25 minutes Combine cheese and ham. Put in crust. Whisk eggs, milk and salt together and pour over.
