Playdough

Preheat burner on medium high.  Mix well in saucepan:
1 c flour
1 c water
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 c salt
1 Tbsp veg oil
food coloring

Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.  Pour onto waxed paper.  
Cool.  Knead.  Store in an air tight container or plastic bag.
