Mom's Rolls 2 Pkgs. yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup luke warm water with 1/2 tsp ginger 4 eggs beaten add 2 cups milk (scalded and cooled to lukewarm) add 5 Tbsp sugar and 2 Tbsp salt add 6-7 cups flour Mixture will be soft. Let rise 1 hour or until double in bulk. Then put on generously floured board and mix until tender and then add 1 cube butter at room temperature and whipped. Mix gently and keep plenty of flour on board. Cut into strips and tie in knots. Dip into butter and put on greased pan. Let rise 2 hours or longer if desired. Bake 475 degrees. from Aunt Ruth
