Spinach Salad

1 bunch spinach
1 avacado
1 red onion (chopped)
1/4 lb mushroom
1/2 lb bacon (cooked & crumbled)
4 hard boild eggs (sliced and chopped)
1 can sliced water chestnuts


Dressing (enough for double recipe of salad)
1 c salad oil
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/3 c ketchup
1/4 tsp dry mustard
